Remove the Old Screen:The first step is carefully lifting the spline that holds the old screen in place. Once the spline is removed, we can take out the damaged screen and set it aside
Measure and Cut the New Screen: Precise measurements of each panel are essential to ensure the new screen fits properly. We cut the new screen material from a roll, adding an extra inch to the measurement for a proper fit.
Install the New Screen: We align the screen panel with the frame and secure it using a spline tool. Starting at one corner, we work our way around, ensuring the screen fits snugly and evenly. Pressure is applied to prevent any wrinkles or uneven installation.
Trim the Excess Screen: After installation, we carefully trim any excess screen material using box cutters, ensuring the edges are neat and clean.
